Curriculum Vitae (Professional History)
Duties Include: Direct sales of musical instruments and pro audio gear. Weekly meetings with representatives of major music technology manufacturers for product evaluations and demonstrations. Giving presentations of new products and music software to a staff of sales engineers. Creating audio system designs for professional studios, schools, and churches. Trumpet session player for Sweetwater Studios.
Duties include: Head of music theory faculty. Teaching upper division music theory, upper division aural skills, orchestration, form and analysis, composition, and music appreciation. Service duties include organizing and overseeing music technology lab stations, recruitment, and serving on the curriculum committee. Additional accomplishments and services include: Implementing CAI to the aural skills classes, starting a composition class (MU 2990 Special Topics in Music - Composition), recruitment, faculty composition recital (November 10, 2003).
